- What counts as a product?
- One compliance programme. The SOC 2 system in scope counts as one product, and each EU CRA product counts as one. Team covers two, for example SOC 2 plus one EU CRA product, or two EU CRA products.
- Is there a free trial?
- No trial. Free never expires. It covers 1 product and 2 people, includes evidence collection, and gives you a draft auditor report that you can review in full in UnitOne Compliance.
- What's the difference between the draft and final auditor report?
- On Free, you can read the whole draft report in UnitOne Compliance but can't export it. On Team and Enterprise, the report is final, and you can download it and share it with your auditor.
- What happens when the AI allowance runs out?
- The allowance covers what UnitOne Compliance's AI can use each calendar month: the GRC lead, collection agents and summaries. It resets on the 1st. Until then, everything that isn't AI keeps working, including your evidence and your EU CRA Article 14 reporting. Free uses a standard model. Team includes 3M tokens and an advanced model for the GRC lead.
- Is EU CRA Article 14 reporting really free?
- Yes, on every plan, including Free. Article 14 covers the reporting clocks for actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents: a 24-hour early warning, a 72-hour notification, and a final report. UnitOne Compliance tracks the clocks and drafts the reports at no charge.
- Can I add more products or people to Team?
- There are no add-ons. Team includes 2 products and 5 people. For more than 2 products, talk to us about Enterprise.
